Today’s song is Congratulations (Remix) by Winnetka Bowling League.

This is a remix of the original, which has more of a ‘sunny’/harsher sound (and is good in it’s own right).

I like this remix because it makes the opening/softer parts more ‘ethereal’, which makes the ramp up hit harder.

The ‘spacey’ backing to the lyrics really stands out beautifully. It’s soothing.

Something about the way this track structured itself is fascinating.
For an indie track, the way it incorporated the electronic elements makes it resonate with me.
