Song of the Day: Enter Sandman

Today’s song is Enter Sandman by Metallica.

Shifting gears with a key change that exists solely to kick ass.
If you don’t bob your head in appreciation to the masterful elevation of this song you have no ear for chord progression.

Right off the bat it grabs you and shakes the hell out of you, waking you up from the placid tunes you regularly listen to.

I know that there is pain, but you hold on for one more day.

That main riff is already a classic, but never sleep on that soft sinister tone laying the foundation of the song.

It may be well known, but it’s still pretty damn metal.
