Song of the Day: She Drives Me Crazy

Today’s song is She Drives Me Crazy by Fine Young Cannibals.

Pop-rock with an interesting synth twist.
It has an excellent drum hook, features an interesting falsetto vocal delivery and blends guitar in rather well.
A wonderful balance that leaves it fairly memorable.

I can’t stop the way I feel. Things you do don’t seem real.

The lyrics are sweet and rather relatable.
The intro is the ‘honeymoon’ phase of endless love.
The second verse features the opposite.
A great dichotomy there.

This track also inspired some work from one of the Internet’s greatest music creators.
I’m talking about Neil Cicierega’s ‘Cannibals’. It’s such a masterful blend of opening logos.
Try walking around at night to it. No experience matches the feeling.
