Acoustic tracks like this really add so much to the style.
The drums slam, soft strumming makes things softer, and the reverb sets the tone.

In the faint light of the headlights of passing cars.

These vocals meld beautifully with the backing, and once the instrumentation takes over you really hear how well structured it all is.

Yeah, this is a drastic veering away from my recent selections.
Songs like this one help me focus back on strong musical intrigue and neat stylistic choices.
The ‘bluesy-folk’ vibe works well and I’m a fan of the sound.
