Song of the Day: Sweet but Psycho

Today’s song is Sweet but Psycho by Ava Max.
Synth-pop. Endlessly catchy with electronic elements. Should be my taste, right?
Unfortunately, it features bubblegum pop and trap elements that I never cared for.
However, it also has such a fascinating composition with overlapping electronic moods akin to old Eurodance tracks.
It’s a mixed bag. I keep flipping between liking and hating it.
You’re just like me, you’re out your mind. I know it’s strange, we’re both the crazy kind.

I know that I shouldn’t like this. It irritates me more than I enjoy it.
That said, it’s an earworm. Can’t help myself from humming or singing along.
It’s generic yet fun. Stupid but layered far better than some songs. It just confuses me.
