Song of the Day: Kiss Me
Today’s song is Kiss Me by Sixpence None the Richer.
Pop/alt-rock.
A soothing track that, while simple, gives a lot to be desired.
Kinda irritated that kiss-cams keep playing this one, but what do you expect?
It’s perfect for that.
Strike up the band and make the fireflies dance.
Silver moon’s sparkling, so kiss me.

That instrumental bridge is excellent. Really draws in how nice the melody is.
A lovely balance of dueling guitars, mellow drum progression, and sweet lyrics.
Not much to say about it other than that.
Yeah. It has some serious Cranberries vibes, but I think that makes it work in it’s favor.
